Every kg of luggage translates into additional fuel usage. Please pack carefully and if possible, with a minimum of hand luggage. This is why we ask a significant price for an additional suitcase of 23kg. 3-4 suitcases represent an extra passenger in terms of weight. Let’s take as many passengers as possible, and as little luggage as needed.
If you book a return flight with one check-in suitcase, make sure to reserve this product two times = 2 x 100 EUR = 200 EUR

Please read the below specifications carefully to avoid any frustrations or mistakes during your trip:
- All flights include: 100% SAF allocation, minimal contrails, airport taxes, one hand luggage piece and a personal item, sustainable catering.
- Luggage restrictions description for hand luggage: IATA standard 56 cm × 45 cm × 25 cm, max 8kg
- Luggage restrictions for checkin suitecase: 50 EUR per flight per piece of luggage, standard size 158cm (length + width + height ≤ 158 cm), max 23 kg
- Make sure all your details are correct (first name & last name as inp passport). Valid passport and travel visa for Baku is your responsibility and can be requested online. You will be refused boarding without a valid passport and visa.
- Excluded: transfers to and from airports, hotel or other services are not included, this product only contains the flight.
- The exact hours of flying are subject to change depending on the flight slots we get at Schiphol airport. We will keep you informed of any changes.
- Free cancelation is possible until 4 weeks before the flight in case you don’t have a COP29 access pass. After 10/10/2024 the ticket will not be reimbursed. Please contact reservations@bettertobaku.com in case of cancelation or changes in your flight reservation. We will keep you informed if we don’t reach 85% occupancy by 10/10/2024, in that case the flight will not take place and you get fully reimbursed.
Final confirmation of your booking will be made once the final agreement with the charter operator has been closed. In the unfortunate case this does not materialize, the value of the tickets will be fully refunded.
The Charterer will ensure to inform the passengers about the following:
- Restrictions with respect to the transport of dangerous and banned goods as established by any governmental authority where the flights are going to take place and the restriction of the transport of animals without the therefore needed authorization and documentation;
- the obligation of the passengers to follow the instructions of the crew at all times. Corendon will in no case accept liability for any harm caused by a passenger not following the instructions given by the crew;
- size and weight limitations of hand and checked in luggage;
- visa regulations and other travel documentation that is required by Corendon and the national authorities of the country of destination. In case a passenger fails to meet these requirements, boarding will be denied.
- Corendon will not be liable for any breach of any immigration policy, formality and/or aviation regulation by the passenger or the Charterer.
- In case that luggage of a passengers is damaged, lost or delayed during transport, the affected passenger must bring this to the attention of Corendon staff as soon as possible.
